The Designer

My Story
A born and raised Denver native, self proclaimed coffee connoisseur and foodie, I live by the principles of a slow life. I spent a lot of my childhood with my Southern grandparents, and they taught me to find both patience and beauty in all things. I like my food homegrown and my art the same way, fueled by sunlight and patient nurture.
Between 2016 - 2020 I worked exclusively for small businesses (graduated as a Psych major from CU and some other things). I poured time into logo design for start ups, toiled to help middle sized companies grown, and closed the doors on final days. By the strike of the pandemic I was ready to give entrepreneurship a run on my own. Taking all my lessons learned, I launched my own beauty brand. Unable to anticipate the ever changing market, it was a tooth and nail fight to bring quality and affordable products to the market. As I began to help others build their brands, I realized I had a skill for coaching and consulting with small businesses and the design eye to help them get where they wanted to go.
When I worked in beauty someone said to me”Every brand has a personality, and every personality has a brand.” This stuck with me, because of its truth. There were beauty brands I loved, and was committed to using, and the reasons were unique to me, the consumer. But formula, packaging and persona all played a roll.
I came to realize the brands I loved engaged me and reflected the woman I desired to be. The brands and I had similar personalities.
Some years later, this became my motto as I helped brands to distinguish what sets them apart.
I have been incredibly blessed for God to align things the way He has, and I‘ve learned so much from each experience. I am no gatekeeper, and I want to share what I know.
I want to help companies create cool confident personalities that appeal to their ideal clients and watch them climb the ladders of success. I believe in teaching a man to fish, not feeding him dinner. I want to push the boundaries of your creativity, ask hard question and bring your vision to life.
